Sin embargo su innovación, su prefiguración de la espontaneidad juvenil, la «cara de ángel» con su frescura que lucía en pantalla y su forma de vestir, que impuso estilos y modas, la transformaron para la historia del cine como otro de los mitos del séptimo arte. Además, Audrey Hepburn es también reconocida por ser bailarina, modelo y por sus abundantes acciones humanitarias
